What is the extend of the remodeling that you do?

It is important that the turnkey properties we offer meet or surpass the housing guidelines. We also believe that every individual deserves a nice a comfortable house.

Do you offer warranty for the AC?

In most cases, the AC systems that we offer are new with manufacturer's 10-year warranty.

Do you offer warranty for the roof?

We offer an option for an additional of $500, a manufacturer's warranty of 50 years. Please visit the manufacturer's warranty guide.

I live outside of Memphis, do you offer real estate investing for out-of-state investor?

Yes, we do. Our company is geared in offering turnkey real estate properties to out-of-state investors. We encourage our real estate investors to visit Memphis, TN and meet us. Also, an inspection of the property is encourage to our investors in order to ensure that they are getting a fully renovated house and not purchasing a house with full of maintenance headache.
