Memphis Turnkey Project: Before and After
Updated: May 5, 2020
This property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage for two vehicles. It is located in the Richwood neighborhood. It has a 1,347 sq ft floor area sitting on a 9321 sq ft lot. It was constructed in 1978. The pictures below indicated how badly the condition of the property when we found it. The shingle has already disintegrated. The roof has already failed, leading to an enormous decay in the interior ceiling system of the roof. The walls were already falling off. The house is a complete definition of a deteriorating house. Furthermore, the house caught fire which burnt down the back part of the house.

Turnkey Project - House Transformation
The house was completely renovated from head to toe. All debris was taken out. We cleaned the house inside and outside. All the rotten and burnt materials were taken out.

A new roofing system was installed.

Grey shingles look great with the blue house.

Grey has been the hot shade for the past years. Grey is always a neutral and classic look. We chose a light grey color for the walls. And white wall claddings were placed on the lower part of the wall.
All wall ceilings were painted with flat white. It is the best choice for rooms for a low contrast look since the wall was painted light grey.

New lighting fixtures, ceiling fans and electrical accessories were installed.
New Flooring was installed
New doors and doorknobs.

All new kitchen design was installed in the house.
All new kitchen countertops and cabinets were installed.
New windows and blinds were installed. We chose classic white window frames and white window blinds.

White and grey bathroom for a classic look. We used decorative porcelain tiles for the bathroom. We chose grey marble-look tiles for the bathtub wall and floor. And white for the bathroom accessories.
