The property is a residential house for a large family. Originally built in 2003 with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a garage.
The place was found abandoned and decaying. Although this was only built in 2003, the property seemed to be forgotten.
There was no garage gate anymore.
From the top view, as you can see the roof failed.
The cladding was already worn out. The beams were already exposed.
The interior of the property was already destroyed. The walls were already destroyed.
The duct pipes were hanging. There were no wall ceilings. As you can see the molds and the green algae on the cement floor due to the failed roof and wall ceilings, thus, the floor would be damp when it rains.
There were already plants growing on the cement floor.

We made a total transformation to the house. The property was cleaned inside and outside. All the the debris were taken out.
All new installed roof.
We transformed the house into five bedrooms, two of which are suite type - with a bathroom and a closet in each suite. One common bathroom along the hallway.
All new flooring, walls, ceiling walls, paint, doors, windows and blinds.
All new transformed bathrooms.
This is one of the closets.

All new ceiling fans, switches, lighting fixtures and accessories.
All new kitchen.
